The team was very responsive. After the initial quote and planning the timeline, the city had so much rain it pushed back the timeline by a couple months from the original plan. However he kept me updated, let me know I was still on the books, and worked me in as soon as the weather cleared up. Highly recommend!! We just had a huge project done to expand our driveway and fix some major erosion issues we were having around the existing culvert. He removed trees and stumps, extended the culvert, graded, improved the drainage, and laid gravel and concrete. Jesse made it look better than we had ever even imagined! We hired JP Landscaping & Excavating to do some grading in our yard and re-bury a couple of drain pipes, and Jesse was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. I originally misunderstood what was included the first time he came out and thought he was taking care of both areas. When I asked about it later, he was kind and apologetic for the confusion - then surprised me by coming back and fixing the front one for free since it was a simple fix. It's rare to find a contractor who takes such pride in their work and cares enough to go the extra mile for their customers.
