The team was very responsive. After the initial quote and planning the timeline, the city had so much rain it pushed back the timeline by a couple months from the original plan. However he kept me updated, let me know I was still on the books, and worked me in as soon as the weather cleared up. Highly recommend!! We just had a huge project done to expand our driveway and fix some major erosion issues we were having around the existing culvert. We hired JP Landscaping & Excavating to do some grading in our yard and re-bury a couple of drain pipes, and Jesse was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. I originally misunderstood what was included the first time he came out and thought he was taking care of both areas. When I asked about it later, he was kind and apologetic for the confusion - then surprised me by coming back and fixing the front one for free since it was a simple fix.
